Children between the ages of 3 and 12 may face limited access to rehabilitation services and a lack of diverse intervention options, while their families often shoulder significant financial and caregiving responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">While conventional approaches may place a strong emphasis on behavioral interventions, families may also seek support that addresses broader developmental and family needs. Community-based rehabilitation services therefore have an important role to play in making support more accessible and tailored to individual circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">The first phase of the \u201cXiangci Huxing\u201d program will run for 17 months and include two complete intervention cycles. To support the quality and effectiveness of the program, it will be delivered by an expert team led by a PhD in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a particular focus on families facing financial hardship.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"An_Integrated_TCM-Based_Rehabilitation_Approach\"><\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">An Integrated TCM-Based Rehabilitation Approach<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">The \u201cXiangci Huxing\u201d program combines acupuncture, herbal medicine and therapeutic massage with traditional cultural activities and family training, creating an integrated, full-cycle rehabilitation approach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">Treatment plans are tailored to individual children, while parents receive practical training to support rehabilitation at home. The program is designed to bring together professional medical support and active family participation throughout the rehabilitation process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">Core interventions include TCM syndrome-based treatment, Jin\u2019s Three-Needle scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation massage, complemented by activities such as calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting and Baduanjin, a traditional Chinese exercise practice. Parents also receive skills training and participate in home-based rehabilitation activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">The program focuses on areas including language development, social interaction, emotional and behavioral regulation, and sensory integration, taking a holistic approach to children\u2019s development and well-being. <\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">Through public welfare funding, the program also seeks to reduce the financial and caregiving pressures faced by participating families and support children in improving their quality of life and participation in everyday life.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Integrating_%E2%80%9CSmart_Manufacturing_for_Good%E2%80%9D_into_ESG\"><\/span><span data-font-family=\"default\">Integrating \u201cSmart Manufacturing for Good\u201d into ESG<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-font-family=\"default\">Headquartered in Wuxi with a global presence, Lead Intelligent has made social responsibility an integral part of its corporate strategy.
